Back in Business
Wow. Two words: Finals Week. Guys seriously, that rocked my world. It was maybe the least amount of time I have ever spent sleeping in one week. I feel like my grades just tanked this week, but maybe not…we’ll see.
I’m back home in sexy lexy for two weeks though, so I’ll be getting plenty of sleep here. Christmas is coming up, and I get to see the old friends, so it should be an all around dandy time.
I want to take some time to reflect on finals week though while I have the chance… (and since i’m so tired, it’s going to be a list)
- Finals Week = no sleep.
- Study breaks are better when your brain is fried.
- Julian is a good place to study. (if by study you mean get distracted)
- Professors have an uncanny ability to be friendly while they crush your grades.
- Marvins Delivers…need I say more?
- Ice Storms make it a lot harder to walk back from the library
- Make sure to write all of your papers early instead of putting them off, then you can go home.
- When you have your 50th cup of coffee from a vending machine, you’ve gone too far.
- Ashley Square Movies. Free or $1.
- Run the boulder, rub the owl.
I hope you enjoy that list of finals happiness, I still can’t see straight, and as soon as i finish this sentence, which is becoming longer and longer and longer, I’m going to go to bed (even though I like my bed at school more than my bed at home).

i say a 2k8 christmas break reunion is exactly what we all need.
p.s. broner, i like your post. everything said is very true. next finals week we shall be more prepared. (probably not, but we’re going to say we will)
All I can say is that I’m not frowny in browny because I get lots of sleep and have absolutely no stress (not like I had any during finals week). Not only that I got to return to castle of green to help the community and make friends. I wasn’t the only student either, I met a kid from delt who was pretty cool. But goddamn it’s freakin cold in the burg, it’s only 4 degrees today.
